Shipping Costs are non-refundable.

DOMESTIC ORDERS (USA)

Domestic orders refer to any order placed within the United States. Typically, domestic orders take 1-3 business days to process, followed by 3-7 business days for delivery. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your shipment.

Basic Shipping

  • Processing Time: About 2 business days.
  • Shipping Time: Standard delivery usually takes 3-7 business days within the United States.
  • Details: Processing time includes preparing your order for shipment, verifying details, and packaging. Processing times may vary based on order volume and product availability.

Two Day Air Shipping

  • Processing Time: 1 business day.
  • Shipping Time: UPS 2nd Day Air delivery usually takes 2 business days within the United States.
  • Details: Processing time is in addition to the shipping time.

Next Day Air Shipping

  • Processing Time: 1 business day.
  • Shipping Time: UPS Next Day Air delivery usually takes 1 business day within the United States.
  • Details: Orders placed after 5pm EST will be shipped on the next business day. Processing time is in addition to the shipping time.

Please note: Delays are not calculated in the shipping timeframes, if any.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (Outside USA)

  • Disclaimer: All international orders are FINAL SALE.
  • Processing Time: About 1-5 business days.
  • Shipping Time: Typically 2-4 weeks to arrive.
  • Details: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. All shipments require a signature and may be subject to taxes, duties, and customs fees payable upon delivery. (We do not refund for international fees.)

DISCLAIMER

In the rare event that a package is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, or if a package is lost, please note that this is an issue with the shipping carrier and not within our control. To resolve such issues, we recommend taking your tracking number to a local post office and explaining the situation, or speaking with an online representative.
